What is the Return Policy?
All purchases are eligible for return in exchange for a full refund within 30 days following it's Delivery (Confirmation by Signature or Tracking). Except items that have been defaced and without original packaging.
As part of our 1 Year Replacement Warranty, all purchases from Wolph are eligible for replacement(s) in the case of manufacturer originated wear/breakdown. (Absence of original packaging does not void this warranty)
No product will be acceptable for returns/replacement after 12 Months has elapsed following the receipt of the original Order.
